Who we are

This website, searchdesign.ai, is operated by Concept by Hannah Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 15280150), trading as Search Design. Our registered office is The Old Bakery, 90 Camden Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 2QP, and our VAT number is GB461064709. “We”, “us” and “Search Design” mean Concept by Hannah Ltd throughout these terms.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the website and the free tools published on it. They do not form a contract for design, development or marketing services. Any project we take on is set out in a separate written proposal and agreement; if anything there conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence for that work.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site or its tools unlawfully, or in a way that harms or attempts to harm the site, its infrastructure or other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe or disrupt any part of the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape, overload or place automated demands on the site beyond normal personal or business use; or
• misuse the contact form — for example to send spam, malware or unlawful content.

The free tools

Our free tools (the feed validator, feed-syntax reference, redirect-map auditor and CLAUDE.md architect) run entirely in your browser. Anything you paste or upload into them stays on your own device and is never sent to us — see the Privacy Policy.

The tools are provided free, as-is, for general guidance. They check syntax and common issues; they are not a guarantee that a feed, redirect map or configuration is correct, complete or accepted by any third party (such as Google or a shopping platform). You are responsible for checking the output and for any decisions you make based on it. We may change or withdraw any tool at any time.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this site are owned by Concept by Hannah Ltd or used under licence. You may view and use the site, and use the free tools and their output, for your own personal or business purposes. You may not copy, republish or pass off the site's content, design or branding as your own. Any feed specifications, third-party standards and trademarks referenced in the tools or guides remain the property of their respective owners.

No professional advice

The guides, tools and other material on this site are general information, not tailored professional advice. They are written carefully and kept current, but every project is different. Before acting on anything here for an important decision, get advice for your specific situation — from us under a proper engagement, or from another suitable adviser.

No warranty

The website and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the site accurate, secure and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every inaccuracy, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its free tools, including any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill, or any loss arising from decisions made on the basis of a tool's output. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights. Project work carried out under a separate agreement is governed by the liability terms in that agreement, not by this section.

Where we link to third-party sites — for example our LinkedIn page or external specifications — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post any changes on this page, updating the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. This version is dated 19 May 2026.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
